Brass components are widely used in plumbing, automotive, electrical, and decorative industries. A Brass Hot Forging Production Line enables manufacturers to produce complex parts with precise mechanical properties, such as gears, fittings, and valves. The process starts with billets heated to 750°C–850°C in induction furnaces, followed by shaping in hydraulic presses capable of 2500–3000 kN force.

The Brass Hot Forging Equipment ensures uniform material distribution, eliminating voids or cracks common in casting processes. Post-forging trimming and controlled cooling maintain dimensional accuracy and reduce surface stress. These parts are known for strength, corrosion resistance, and excellent conductivity, making them suitable for demanding applications.

Forging lines can be customized to include automated feeding, trimming, and cooling stages, enhancing consistency and throughput. Sensors monitor temperature, stroke count, and press force, allowing for real-time adjustments and quality assurance. Proper maintenance of equipment ensures long-term reliability and reduces operational interruptions.

By employing a Brass Hot Forging Production Line, manufacturers can meet the high demand for durable and precision-engineered brass components across multiple industries, delivering reliable products while maintaining efficient production cycles.
